2 dashbitters — Peyschaud or Boker's bittersbase
1 jiggerOld Tom gin — Tom ginbase
  1. Stir bitters and Tom gin with fine ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass and add lemon peel.

Garnish: Lemon peel

Ice: Fine ice
