Lemon juice (fresh) — lemon juiceacid
1 quartBatavia arrack — Batavia arracbase
3 pintgreen tea — green teadilution
0.5 wholepineapple — pineapplegarnish
1 quartport wine — port wineother

  1. Dissolve the loaf sugar in the green tea.
  2. Add the Batavia arrack, port wine, lemon juice, and sliced pineapple.
  3. Stir the mixture together.
  4. Serve iced.

Nose
