- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- No garnish to prepare.
- POUR bourbon and Galliano L'Authentico (not Galliano Vanilla) into a room-temperature glass.
- Exercising extreme caution, IGNITE the contents of the glass and sprinkle cinnamon powder over flame. (Beware almost invisible blue flame!)
- As soon as the theatrics are over, cover the glass to EXTINGUISH the flame and prevent the glass from becoming hot.
- SHAKE last 3 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN over bourbon and Galliano base.
- Serve naked, without garnish.
