Whiskey — whiskybase
apple cider — good apple ciderdilution
  1. Hand the bottle of whisky to the customer to help himself.
  2. Fill up the glass with good apple cider, stir well with a spoon, and serve.

This is a useful checkpoint for customer-finished whisky service surviving inside the main drink chapter rather than as a side note.
