- Dissolve the sugar in a little water and add the lime juice, pineapple syrup, Jamaica rum, and fine ice.
- Spoon well, decorate with fruit, and serve with straws.
Garnish: Fruit.
Ice: Fine ice
This is a useful pineapple-syrup rum-fix checkpoint at the start of the twentieth century.
The fix stays in the spooned shaved-ice family rather than being shaken or strained.
