  1. Shake the sugar, lemon juice, St. Croix rum, and shaved ice well in a mixing glass.
  2. Strain into a fizz glass, fill with seltzer water, and serve.

This is a useful rum-fizz checkpoint from the same run that preserves multiple spirit-specific fizz branches.

The recipe stays close to Daly's stripped fizz grammar, changing only the base spirit.
