1 pony glassbrandy — brandy (Hennessey)base
1 spoonfulsugar base
milk — Fill the glass with milk.dilution
1.5 wine glasssherry — sherry winemodifier
1egg — fresh eggother
0.5 glassice — fine iceother
nutmeg — Grate on top.other
  1. Shake the sugar, egg, sherry wine, brandy, fine ice, and milk well.
  2. Strain into a large bar glass, grate a little nutmeg on top, and serve with straws.

Garnish: Nutmeg.

Ice: Fine ice

Daly's note that it stands by you for a considerable period is a useful period restorative gloss.

The milk-rich shaken build places it between nogg and flip logic.
