  1. Build the fine ice, orange bitters, Benedictine, and Tom gin in a mixing glass.
  2. Put in a small dash of eau de vie, squeeze a piece of lemon into the glass, and serve.

The recipe is unusual in leaving the build unstrained and relying on the late eau-de-vie and lemon addition.
