milk — rich fresh milkdilution

  1. Shake the port wine, fresh egg, raspberry syrup, fine ice, and rich fresh milk well.
  2. Pour into a straight thin bar glass, sprinkle a very small quantity of ground cinnamon on top, and serve.

Garnish: Ground cinnamon

Ice: Fine ice

Daly includes a long restorative origin story about a Rhode Island woman rebuilding her strength with it.
