  3. Dress with fruit and extra mint and serve with straws.

Garnish: Orange, pineapple, strawberries, and mint

Ice: Fine ice

Nose
Mint, whiskey, and fresh fruit rise strongly from the packed ice.
Palate
This is useful because it shows the julep still operating as a decorative fruit-and-mint ritual rather than a stripped modern bourbon-only serve.
Finish
The finish is cool, minty, and spirit-led.
Summary
A fully dressed late-julep whiskey service from the ornate mint branch.
