3 dasheslemon juice acid
1 wine-glassgin base
1 tablespoonfulpowdered sugar — pulverized sugarbase
milk — rich milkdilution
1 dashseltzer — seltzer waterdilution
1 dashcreme de vanille — Creme de Vanillemodifier
1 egg whiteegg white — white of one eggother
ice — fine shaved iceother
2 dashesorange flower water — Orange Flower waterother
  1. Combine the sugar, lemon juice, egg white, gin, creme de vanille, orange flower water, seltzer water, and fine shaved ice, then fill the glass with rich milk.
  2. Shake well, strain back into the same glass, and serve with a thin punch glass to drink from.

Ice: Shaved ice
