Fox Flip

Mahoney's Fox Flip turns the flip family into a ginger-ale highball with lemon, egg, and either whiskey or gin.

  1. Shake the shaved ice, lemon juice, pulverized sugar, spirit, and egg well.
  2. Strain into a thin lemonade glass, fill with ginger ale, and serve.
