1 teaspoonful	lemon juice	acid
1 piece	ice	base
0.67 wine-glass	Scotch whiskey	base
	seltzer — seltzer or Apollinaris water	dilution
0.67 wine-glass	Tokay wine — Tokay or sweet Catawba	other
1 teaspoonful	pineapple syrup	sweetener

Build the ice, pineapple syrup, lemon juice, wine, and Scotch whiskey in a highball glass.
Fill with seltzer from a syphon or Apollinaris water and serve.
