0.5 jiggerScotch whiskey base
1 spoonfulsugar base
seltzer — seltzer or imported sodadilution
  1. Shake the sugar, lime juice, absinthe, and Scotch whiskey with ice.
  2. Strain into a fizz glass, fill with seltzer or imported soda, and serve.
