2 liqueur-glasses	brandy — Brandy	base
0.5 grapefruit	grapefruit peel — Grapefruit half-shell	base
2 lumps	sugar — Sugar lumps	sweetener

Turn the half grapefruit skin inside out to form a bowl, add the sugar and brandy, set the brandy on fire, then pour into a liqueur-glass and serve hot.
