2 wholeegg — fresh eggsbase
1 ponyBenedictine modifier
1 drinkport — Port winemodifier
1 drinksherry — sherrymodifier
1 ponycream — creamother
1 barspoonsugar — sugarsweetener
  1. Use a mixing glass.
  2. Add the fresh eggs, sugar, sherry, Port wine, Benedictine, and cream.
  3. Shake, strain in two stem glasses, and serve.

Ice: A full of fine ice

Nose
Benedictine herbs, Port dark fruit, and cream rise together.
Palate
The dual fortified-wine base (sherry + Port) gives a layered depth that a single-spirit flip cannot match. Benedictine adds a herbal sweetness that bridges the two wines, and the double egg and cream make this the richest flip in the Didier repertoire.
Finish
The finish is rich, herbal, and warming with a lingering cream sweetness.
Summary
A two-spirit, two-glass flip for shared after-dinner service.
