1 gillMaraschino liqueur — Maraschinomodifier

1 bottleMoselle or Rhine wine other
1 gillRaspberry syrup — raspberry syrupsweetener
  1. Place the peeled, thin-sliced pineapple in a pitcher and add the orange juice, raspberry syrup, Maraschino, Holland gin, wine, and a few pieces of ice.
  2. Stir and serve.

This is worth keeping because it shows the julep label stretching into fruit-and-wine social service rather than remaining a mint-only individual cup drink.
