1 portiondry gin — Source gives 100% dry gin.base
1 large pieceice base
1 bottleimported ginger ale dilution
1 large spraymint other
  1. Build the ice, mint, dry gin, and ginger ale in a large thin glass.
  2. Serve with the nose to the mint.

Garnish: Mint spray

Ice: Lump ice

  1. Build over one lump of ice in a Collins glass.
  2. Serve with a large bunch of mint.

Garnish: Large bunch of mint

Ice: 1 lump of ice

This is useful because it keeps the cooler family distinct from Collins by showing a more directly built ginger-ale service with heavy mint garnish.
