3 slicesDried peach — Place two or three slices in a hot stem glass.other

  1. Burn the brandy and sugar together in a saucer.
  2. Place two or three slices of dried peach in a hot stem glass, pour the burned liquid over them, grate a little nutmeg over it, and serve.

Garnish: Nutmeg
