| 2 dashes | Jamaica rum | base |
| 1 tablespoonful | sugar | base |
| fruit — seasonal fruit | garnish | |

| 1 pony | Raspberry syrup | sweetener |
- Build the sugar, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, brandy, cracked ice, and Jamaica rum in a glass.
- Stir well, trim with fruits in season, and serve with straws.
