| 0.5 portion | St. Croix rum | base |
| 1 tablespoonful | sugar | base |
| water — Dissolve with a little water. | dilution | |

- Build the sugar, lemon juice, a little water, St. Croix rum, brandy, and cracked ice in a glass.
- Stir well with a spoon, dress with fruits in season, and serve with a straw.
