- Dissolve the sugar with a squirt of seltzer, add the mint, and press until the essence is extracted.
- Fill the glass with cracked ice, add the rye whiskey, and stir well with a spoon.
- Dress with fruits in season, sprinkle a little sugar on top, dash Jamaica rum, and serve with straws.
