- Peel a ripe peach and let it infuse for a time in about one-tenth liter of fine white wine.
- Mix the kirschwasser, maraschino, pineapple syrup, and lemon syrup, then add the infused wine and stir well.
- Fill the ice-charged glass with the mixture, garnish with the cut-up peach, and serve with straws and a spoon.
