- Mix the fruit, peels, sugar, and Apollinaris, then add the liqueurs, rum, brandy, Champagne, wines, and Madeira.
- Strain into a clean bowl surrounded with ice and ornament with leaves and fruit.
Garnish: Grapes, oranges, pineapples, and strawberries
