| Seltzer water — Fill up glass halfway. | dilution | |

- Place the whiskey, lemon juice, powdered sugar, egg white, absinthe, and ice in a shaker.
- Shake thoroughly to combine, strain and serve with the glass half filled up with seltzer water.
