| 1 teaspoonful | powdered sugar | base |
| 0.5 wine-glass | water | dilution |
| 1 whole egg | egg — fresh raw egg | other |
| ice — A few small lumps. | other | |
| nutmeg — Grated on top. | other |
- Mix the powdered sugar, brandy, water, fresh egg, and a few small lumps of ice in a large glass.
- Shake thoroughly, strain into a small bar glass, grate a little nutmeg on top, and serve cold.
Garnish: Grated nutmeg
