1 glassport wine — Port winebase
ice — A few small lumps.other
nutmeg — Grate a little on top.other
0.5 teaspoonfulpowdered sugar sweetener
  1. Put the powdered sugar and a few small lumps of ice into a glass of Port wine.
  2. Shake well, strain into a claret goblet, and serve with a little grated nutmeg on top.

Garnish: Grated nutmeg.
