  1. Mix together the sparkling Burgundy, sparkling Moselle, cucumber, iced seltzer water, and shaven ice.
  2. Serve as soon as required.

Garnish: Slice of cucumber.

Ice: Shaven ice

The formula depends on immediacy and full chilling rather than maceration.
