Absinthe Drip or Frappe uses Greenopal as a wormwood-free absinthe substitute over shaved ice with syrup and water.

ice — Finely shaved icebase
2 ounceswater — Plain Waterdilution
1 ounceGreenopal modifier
1 teaspoonfulsimple syrup — Simple Syrupsweetener
  1. Fill glass with finely shaved ice and pour the simple syrup over it.
  2. Drip Greenopal slowly over the ice, add the water, stir until the glass frosts, strain into a stem glass, and serve.
