  1. Mix the sparkling cider, sparkling perry, Chablis, chosen liqueur, cucumber, potass water, and pounded ice well together.
  2. Withdraw the cucumber and serve.

Ice: Pounded ice

This is one of Terrington's clearest orchard-and-wine hybrid cup formulas.

The removal of cucumber keeps the cooling note brief and controlled.
