1 lemonlemon juice acid
1 bottlesauterne base
1 bottlepotass water dilution
1 liqueur-glasscitronelle or Maraschino modifier
balm and borage other
  1. Combine the Sauterne, chosen liqueur, potass water, balm, borage, and lemon juice and serve.

Garnish: Balm and borage.

This is a straightforward aromatic white-wine cup in the Sauterne series.

The formula is compact but clearly dependent on both herbal and citrus brightness.
