0.5 glass	gin — Gin	base
0.5 lemon	lemon juice — Lemon juice	base
	Soda water — Soda water	dilution
3 sprigs	mint — Mint sprigs	other
1 teaspoon	sugar — Sugar	sweetener

Shake with ice, strain into a fizz glass, add soda water, and serve.

1 glass	gin — Dry Gin	base
0.5 lemon	lemon juice — Lemon Juice	base
	Soda water — Syphon Soda Water	dilution
2 sprig	mint — Mint	other
1 teaspoon	sugar — Powdered Sugar	sweetener

Strip the leaves from two sprigs of mint, place in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice, sugar, lemon juice, and gin, then shake and strain into a tumbler and fill with syphon soda water.
