  1. Mix the Sauterne, sparkling muscat Moselle, cucumber, and strained orange and lemon juices together in a cool jug.
  2. Add the iced potass water and serve as cool as possible.

Garnish: Slice of cucumber.

Ice: Iced wine and mixers

This is one of Terrington's more expansive still-and-sparkling white-wine cup builds.

The combination of large citrus juice load and sparkling wine makes it structurally closer to a bowl than a single-bottle cup.
