| 0.5 wineglass | rum | base |
| 1 tablespoon | sugar — powdered sugar or candy | base |
| milk — Fill up. | dilution | |
| 1 wineglass | water | dilution |
| ice — shaved ice | other | |
| nutmeg — Grated on top. | other |
- Combine the sugar, water, brandy, rum, and shaved ice.
- Shake well.
- Fill up with milk and grate nutmeg on top.
- Serve with two straws.
