| 0.5 peel | lemon peel | acid |
| 1 wineglass | brandy | base |
| ice — shaved ice | other | |
| 1 tablespoon | honey | sweetener |
| 1 glass | strawberry syrup — Or 10 fresh strawberries. | sweetener |
- If using fruit, bruise the strawberries with the honey and strain.
- Combine the brandy, honey, strawberry component, lemon juice, peel, and shaved ice.
- Serve with two straws.
