  1. Place the lemon preparation in a jug or bowl and pour on the beer and mountain wine.
  2. Grate in nutmeg, sweeten to taste, and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the toasted bread, let the mixture stand two hours, and strain it into the Grace Cup.
