| 1 orange | Orange — Cut in slices. | garnish |

| 1 gill | pineapple syrup | sweetener |
| 1 gill | strawberry syrup | sweetener |
- Combine the champagne, syrups, orange, cognac, and shaved ice in a cup or silver claret jug.
- Shake well and strain.
- Serve cold.
