Arthur's Wallis Blue is the Windsor-era gin answer to the Sidecar: gin, Cointreau, and lime with a sugared rim.

1 limelime juice — Lime juiceacid
1 ponyCointreau base
1 jiggerdry gin — Dry ginbase
sugar — Sugar rimsweetener
  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass whose rim has been rubbed with lime pulp and dipped in sugar, then serve.
