1 wholelemon peel — Lemon peelacid
1 ponyFrench vermouth base
1 dashorange bitters — Orange bittersbitter
2 dashPeychaud's bitters bitter
1 ponyItalian vermouth modifier
  1. Pour the vermouths into a bar glass, add both bitters, fill with ice, and stir well.
  2. Strain into a serving glass, twist lemon peel over it, drop the peel in, and serve.
