1 lemonlemon juice — Lemon juiceacid
0.5 jiggerBourbon whiskey — Bourbon whiskeybase
1 jiggercognac — Cognac brandybase
0.5 jiggerrum — Rumbase
1 tbspsugar — Sugarbase
ice — Fine iceother
  1. Dissolve the sugar with a little water in a mixing glass.
  2. Add lemon juice, then rum, Bourbon, and brandy.
  3. Fill with fine ice, shake well, pour into a long thin glass, decorate with fruit if desired, and serve with a straw.
