1 wholelime — Limebase
1 jiggertequila — Tequilabase
cracked ice — Finely cracked iceother
salt — Saltother
1 tspsugar — Sugarsweetener
  1. Dissolve the sugar in a little water.
  2. Add the juice of the lime and the pulp of half of it, then the tequila, and fill to the brim with finely cracked ice.
  3. Jiggle until well frappéed, add a pinch of salt if desired, and serve.
