| 1 jigger | tequila — Tequila | base |
| cracked ice — Finely cracked ice | other | |
| salt — Salt | other | |
| 1 tsp | sugar — Sugar | sweetener |
- Dissolve the sugar in a little water.
- Add the juice of the lime and the pulp of half of it, then the tequila, and fill to the brim with finely cracked ice.
- Jiggle until well frappéed, add a pinch of salt if desired, and serve.
