Victoria Punch

Victoria Punch is a milk punch of lemons steeped in brandy and Jamaica rum, then cut with sugar, water, and milk and strained bright.

  1. Steep the lemons for twenty-four hours in the brandy and rum, add the sugar, water, and milk, then strain through a jelly bag.
