Arrack Punch (Another)

Arrack Punch is a cooling Batavia arrack punch steeped on sliced lemons and lengthened with hot sugar-water, then used as a liqueur.

1 quartarrack — Batavia arrackbase
1 quartwater — boiling waterdilution
1 poundsugar — loaf sugarsweetener
  1. Steep the lemons in arrack for six hours, remove the lemons without squeezing, dissolve the sugar in boiling water, add the hot solution to the arrack, and let it stand to cool.
