1 pony-wine-glass	rye whiskey — Rye Whiskey	base
2 dash	quinine bitters — Quinine Bitters	bitter
5 dash	gum syrup — Gum Syrup	sweetener

Fill a large bar glass one-third full of cracked ice.
Add the absinthe, quinine bitters, gum syrup, and rye whiskey and stir with a spoon.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

Ice: Cracked ice

0.5 part	Scotch whisky — scotch whisky	base
top	seltzer — seltzer water	dilution
3 dash	creme de noyau — noyaux	modifier
3 dash	curacao	modifier
1 small teaspoon	sugar — sucre	sweetener

Stir ingredients with ice in mixing glass A, strain into glass C, add lemon zest, finish with seltzer, and serve.

Garnish: Lemon zest

Fill the mixing glass with ice, stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, add a dash of absinthe, and serve.
