6 dashlemon juice — Five or six dashes.acid
lemon juice — For moistening the rim.acid
1 pony-wine-glassBourbon whiskey — Bourbon Whiskeybase

0.5 wine-glasswater dilution
1 wholeegg white other
sugar — powdered sugarsweetener
  1. Fill a large bar glass one-third full of cracked ice.
  2. Add the sugar, water, lemon juice, egg white, and bourbon and shake.
  3. Moisten the rim of the serving glass with lemon juice, dip it in powdered sugar, and strain the drink in.

Garnish: Sugared rim

Ice: Cracked ice
