1 lemonlemon juice — juice of one lemonacid
1 jiggersherry — Substituted for brandy from the base recipe.base
water — Only enough to bring the drink to size.dilution
1 dessertspoonsugar sweetener
  1. Set a punch glass filled with fine ice on the bar.
  2. Stir the ingredients with water and pour over the ice; decorate and serve with straws.

Garnish: Decorated top

Ice: Shaved ice

This is useful because it keeps fortified wine inside the same working family grammar as spirit-based fixes.

The service remains a poured-over-ice decorated drink.
