| 1 pint | cognac — cognac brandy | base |
| 1 quart | Orgeat syrup — syrup of orgeat | base |
| 0.25 pint | rum — sunshine rum | base |
| 2 bottle | Soda water | dilution |
| 0.5 pint | Maraschino liqueur — maraschino | modifier |
| 3 bottle | champagne | other |
| 3 ounce | sugar | sweetener |
- Stir all but champagne until the sugar dissolves, whip with an egg whisk to whiten, then add champagne last and stir well.
