| 2 yolk | egg yolk — egg yolks | other |
| 1 tablespoon | ground ginger | other |
| 1 teaspoon | nutmeg — grated nutmeg | other |
| 4 tablespoon | brown sugar | sweetener |
- Boil beer with half the gin, beat egg yolks with sugar and spices, pour boiling beer onto the eggs, add the rest of the gin, whisk until frothy, and serve very hot.
