Green's Conclave is a sweet-soda-and-milk cooler built on raspberry syrup.

  1. Place the ice, raspberry syrup, and milk in a lemonade glass.
  2. Fill with sweet soda and serve.

This is a useful temperance-service checkpoint because it shows the soda-fountain and bar worlds overlapping inside the same manual.

The drink is a direct built cooler rather than a shaken dairy mixture.
