Nose
Berry syrup and dairy create a confectionary soda-fountain aroma.
Palate
This is firmly on the temperance side of the bar, more soda-fountain-adjacent than cocktail-adjacent, but still preserved in the same professional manual.
Finish
The finish is creamy, fizzy, and sweet-fruity.
Summary
A temperance cream frappé from the sweet refreshment wing of the bar.
